Push-Up with Medicine Ball Pass

-Position yourself on the floor on hands and toes with arms extended (straight) and one hand on a medicine ball.

-Arms are shoulder width apart.

-Lower yourself towad the ground and while coming up slide ball over toward other hand and lower yourself to the ground again, repeat this passing pattern each rep.

-Your neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and ankles should form a straight line throughout exercise.

-Your hips should maintain a neutral position, back is NOT arched throughout exercise.

-Neck remains in a chin tuck position throughout exercise, head DOES NOT jut forward!
