2 Leg Knee Flexion w/Hip Extension*


-Lie on your back with your low back in neutral and your:

-Feet on ball         ____ (shown)
-Calves on ball     ____

-Lift hips off the floor (as depicted in Exercise #6) while maintaining neutral & flex knees so ball comes toward you.


*If this is too difficult, try performing this with a "peanut-shaped" stability ball.

Competency Criteria


-Client is able to lift hips up symmetrically (and keep them up) while flexing knees without any pain in low back.

-Client is able to perform exercise w/o any frontal plane movement during entire set.

-Client performs on:
